Day 2 Continued

G'day, mates! We're all still suffering from jet lag... Dad slept all morning, although the chicken, chips and gravy we had for lunch seemed to wake him up a bit. Boiling in the morning, although it turned cloudy just as we left for Sydney, and rained when we left the city.

We hd a walk up to the opera house with ice-cream, and then circled the opera house before having a drink ot the bar. Whilst there, we saw a close view of the Harbour Bridge, and saw numerous jets surfing the waves.

The highlight of the day was the ferry back. Someone brought us onto the wrong ferry, and after chatting to the staff, they told us that they would take us to our stop, unscheduled. When I say "told us", I mean "announced to the whole ferry", and we had to do the walk of shame as everybody both cheered us, and booed us.

Oh, and for those who know what I'm talking about, I found out what both the Tim Tams and the Werthers flavoured cough sweets are! Mum says we can bring some back for you!
